How can I pay for my order?
You can pay your order by cash, swipe or we prefer you do a bank transfer for your own and our security.

Do you also fabricate in custom sizes and colors?
We can design and fabricate any aluminum product in any size and or color. Ask our sales team for more info.
What is the delivery time for custom made products?
All our custom made products have a lead time of approximate 3.5 months.
Do I need to pay a down payment for my order?
In order to secure your order we request a down payment of 50% of the order value.
Do you provide clients with a Lay Away plan?
We can work with the client on a payment schedule/lay away plan. The product will be stored safely in our warehouse until full payment is done.
Does your product have any warranty?
X3M provides different warranties depending on the product of your choosing. We provide 10 Year warranty on all our aluminum profiles.
